Guidelines


Possible ways of presentation of paper
Possible ways of scientific articles presentation at the symposium are: Oral / Poster.

Language
The official language of the workshop and symposium will be English.

Abstract submission
An abstract is indicative of final paper quality; therefore, authors are recommended to prepare well-written, clear, informative abstracts describing current work. Abstracts should be 500-600 words or not more than one page. The title should be as brief as possible. The presenting author's name should be marked with an asterisk (*). Authors and their corresponding affiliation should be indicated. Each abstract should include keywords (maximum 6 keywords) related to the workshop and symposium theme. Single spacing should be used throughout. It is necessary to attach/send the .doc (or .docx) copy of abstract through E-mail to: andc2014@besdiet.org within due date.

Oral Presentation instructions
Each presenting author will have 10 to 15 minutes to present his/her paper including the time for question/answer. The following points should be taken into account:
Ensure that you are available at least 30 minutes before the session starts on the day of the symposium.
The equipment available will be Laptop, Projector and Laser Pointer.
The recommended software to be used is PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat (pdf).

Poster presentation instructions
Poster sessions will provide an opportunity for the authors to display the results and conclusions of the paper. Each poster will be exhibited and demonstrated during the symposium. Posters will be listed in the book of Abstract and Proceedings. Authors are expected to be at their poster when its session is scheduled. Normal size printed posters should be brought to the symposium by each author. We will provide necessary materials for attaching the posters.

Submission of full paper
ANDC-2014 invites original and unpublished full manuscripts (within 6 pages, preferably in latex) focusing on the thematic area of the workshop and symposium for possible (after peer-review) publication in the proceedings/book.

Publication
All abstracts will be produced into a book of abstracts and made available to delegates at the program. All submissions of full papers will be reviewed on the basis of relevance, originality, importance and clarity. All accepted papers will be published in proceedings/book with ISSN/ISBN identification.
